The "Hovercar" Project

The Hovercar Case and Santa Clauss

Antonis Livieratos's piece Hovercar was available for free (in a MP3 form) from the Web-magazine babylon.gr from December 10, 1999 to January 1, 2000. It was composed and recorded by Antonis Livieratos aided by Marios Sarakinos (drum loops), Giorgos Kitsios (violins),and Manolis Angelakis (miking guru, mastering). This will never become available as a record.
This piece was recorded because of the availability of the media. No other media gives you the opportunity to offer something whenever you want to, and withdraw your offer whenever you feel like it.

The piece was based partially on a traditional Greek New Year's song, and was addressed to Santa Clauss as a personal request of Livieratos to receive a hovercar as a Christmas present from Santa.
